- ACB (India) Ltd. (formerly known as Aryan Coal Benefications Pvt. Ltd.) was incorporated in 1997 under The Companies Act, 1956. In 1999, the company had started its first coal washing plant at Dipka, Korba (Chhattisgarh) with an installed capacity of 1 MTPA. Presently the company alongwith its subsidiaries is operating coal washing plants having capacity of around 58 MTPA. The company is operating Reject Coal based Thermal Power Plant with an installed capacity of 30MW in Chakabura, Korba (Chhattisgarh). Company is also operating 15MW Wind Power Generation Units in Sangali, Maharashtra.
- Company is involved in the manufacturing of coal washing equipment through its subsidiary Aryan Clean Coal Technologies Pvt. Ltd. The equipment manufacturing is for captive consumption.
- Company is involved in the manufacture of sponge iron which also operates a power plant based on waste heat recovery (12MW) and coal feed (6MW) through its subsidiary Aryan Ispat & Power Pvt. Ltd.
- The company is in process of setting up Reject Coal based Thermal Power Plant at Chakabura, Korba (Chhattisgarh) with an installed capacity of 270 MW.
- The company is in process of expanding the capacity of its existing 30 MW Reject based Power Plant at Chakabura, Korba (Chhattisgarh) to 60 MW.
- The company through its subsidiary Spectrum Coal and Power Ltd., is in process of setting up Reject Coal based Thermal Power Plant at Ratija, Korba (Chhattisgarh) with an installed capacity of 55 MW.
- The company has signed an MoU with Government of Madhya Pradesh for setting up of 1200 MW Thermal Power Plant in Chhattisgarh.
- The company has signed an MoU with Government of Chhattisgarh for setting up of 1100 MW Thermal Power Plant in Chhattisgarh.
